Neighborhood Spring Social
Spring is in the air and the weather is fair. So, please join us for a Happy Hour(s) in Boreas Park Sunday April 19th from 4pm until sundown. This is a BYOB event, but light refreshments and snacks will be served.
We plan to host an event at the Blue Crab next month (May) so please keep an eye out for more information coming soon!
Neighborhood Beautification Update
Thank you to everyone who came out for our Beautification Day! We were able to clean up the gardens at all three entrance signs. Shout out to Wanda Paul for donating new lights at the Lakeshore Drive sign. Thank you to the team at the Lakefront Management Authority for picking up some branches and foliage after our Beautification Day. They also graciously trimmed some low hanging branches on Paris Ave.

Board Members Needed for Neighborhood Crime Board and Lakefront Management Authorit
If you are interested in joining the Lake Terrace Crime Prevention Board, being a neighborhood representative on the Lakefront Management Authority Board, or joining the LTPOA Board, please reach out! There are seats available for multiple avenues of involvement! Contact members@laketerracepoa.com if you are interested.
Buck Moth Spraying Cambre Environmental Services is in the neighborhood this week spraying trees for Buckmoth caterpillars, weather permitting. Please keep pets and children away from wet trees. It is safe once everything is dry. The LTPOA sponsored the oaks in Boreas Park so they will be sprayed as well. Thank you Jane Katner for spearheading this effort again! We all really appreciate it. |
Mosquito and Termite Control Board Meeting
The meeting will be held on April 15th at 11:30am, 2100 Leon C Simon. The team at mosquito and termite control welcome any residents that would like to attend their board meeting and learn more about projects and services they provide for the community.
