LTPOA Community Garage Sale – Saturday, June 7th

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Boreas Park, 1400 block of Killdeer


June 7th is approaching quickly! Help support LTPOA by donating your unwanted items to the Community Garage Sale. All proceeds will be used for social event.


 

  • Drop-off Location: 1331 Frankfort Street (corner of Cartier and Frankfort)Please leave donations on the Cartier Street side of the house—near the garage doors or back door.

  • Donation Deadline:Drop off any time before the sale.

  • Priced or Unpriced:Items may be donated priced or unpriced—we’re happy to price them for you!

  • Need Pickup?Text 504-676-2814 if you're unable to drop off, and we’ll come pick up your items.

  • We need the following items for the sale:

    • Tables Tents

    •  Plastic Grocery Bags

    •  Newspaper to wrap fragile items

  • If you would like to help on sale day, please show up at Boreas Park at 7am.

Lake Terrace PRE-CONSTRUCTION Community Meeting


The LTPOA is excited to announce that after years of waiting, street construction is finally happening in our neighborhood. The City of New Orleans will be holding a pre-construction meeting for all residents to address any concerns or questions. The construction work is slated for the following blocks: Cartier bet. Allen Toussaint & New York , 1300 & 1400 New York Street, 1400 Frankfort, and 6200 Bertha.

We understand that construction can be an inconvenience, but we are confident that the improvements to our neighborhood's infrastructure will be worth it in the long run. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with the City to enhance Lake Terrace.
